Toruń Plaza is one of the largest shopping centres in the Kujawsko-Pomorski Region. Lots of fashionable and respected brands can be found here.

The Centrum Handlowo-Rozrywkowe Toruń Plaza (Shopping – Entertainment Centre Toruń) is the so called Centrum Dobrych Marek (Good Brands’ Centre). Why? Because the store based its offer on a rich choice of well-known brands such as for example: TK Maxx, H&M, Zara, SportsDirect.com, Sinsay, Mango, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Gino Rossi, Monnari, Carry, PrimaModa, Simple, Tous, Pandora, Sephora, Douglas, New Yorker, Reserved, Cropp Town, House, Home&You, Camaieu, Orsay, u Projektantów etc.

Apart from the clothes, there are many nice cafes with delicious desserts and tasty dishes. Nobody can feel bored here, that’s out of the question. Fitness fans will find their sporty oasis in the Jatomi Fitness Club and the only multi-alley bowling centre in Toruń, the Lucky Star. Should it be too little for you, though, there is also the 8-hall Cinema City. From spring till late autumn you can also have fun in the karting racetrack located on the fifth floor of the car park. It’s called the Kart Place. Remember the Centrum Toruń Plaza is a family-friendly one. On the level 0 and 1 you can find a room for parents and children. If your little ones are tired, they can travel through the shopping in a special car-trolley rented by you. The gastronomy part also remembers about kids – there are always special chairs for babies. The above mentioned Lucky Star offers them a most appealing playground, too.

The car park is large enough for 1133 cars. 16 parking places close to the entrance are destine for families with children. If you are using the public transport, you can go to the Centre by bus
no. 18, 26, 34, 36 and 40 or by a tram no. 2 and 5. The bus and tram stops are right in front of the entrance to the shopping mall.

The oldest castle of the Chełmno Land, built on the plan of a horseshoe, which makes it pretty unique as far as the quadrilateral buildings of later époques are concerned. Since 1994, it’s been a history monument, since 1997 belonging to the List of World Heritage UNESCO.
Since 2007, this building has been the Culture Centre Toruń Castle. It organizes many theme events, historic picnics, festivals and most obviously far beyond that. Everything is history-based, naturally. Bear in mind, the ceramic dragon in the Outer Ward (standing there since 2008) is a “living” proof for the legend about a dragon attack from 1746.

The Zoobotanic Garden is located in the Western part of Toruń, in the district called Rybaki. The entrance is at 7 Bydgoska Street.

The total surface of the garden is 3,81 h, which allows you to fill the whole day with such a fascinating trip. There are trees of 55 species, 24 bush variations and about 50 animal species. The fauna world is represented by amongst others: bears, European bison, meerkats, mouflons, llamas, lynxes, yaks, apes, monkeys, ostriches, porcupines, Reeves's muntjacs, Bennetts’ tree-kangaroos, long-tailed gorals, barbary sheep, alpacas, donkeys, wild goats and lots of reptiles and amphibians herpetarium). There are also birds in the aviary and outdoor enclosures. Particularly interesting are the parrots of various species.
Elven trees standing in the park are in truth monuments of the animated nature. The collection includes: London plane (trunk diameter - 422 cm, height - 25 m), the European black pine (trunk diameter - 234 cm, height - 17 m), a sessile oak (trunk diameter - 324 cm, height 27.5 m), the two-flap gingko - the so called gingko biloba (trunk diameter - 171 cm, height 15 m), the European beech (trunk diameter - 279 cm, height 15 m) and the Turkish hazel (trunk diameter - 232 cm, height 9 m).

Apart from the outdoor enclosures for animals and a rich botanic garden, you can admire the following attractions here:

• Herpetarium – a section with reptiles and amphibians
• A larger pond and a few smaller ones

The Town Hall is one of the central points in the Old Town, dating back to the 12th and 14th century, rebuilt in the 16th century. At present, it is considered to be one of the most wonderful elements of the middle-class architecture in Middle Europe.

The Town Hall is now a part of the District Museum. On the ground floor of the Eastern wing, there are exhibits of the Gothic and late Gothic art, including the famous collection of the sacral stained-glass windows from the 14th century. The Western part of the museum is all about the Middle Ages and the modern artistic craftsmanship.

The Town Hall is also the most well-known observation point in Toruń. The 40 m high tower gives you a stunning panorama of the city.

It’s a modern institution dedicated to gathering, documenting and presenting of the Polish and Foreign Culture of Our Times to the World.

The Centre can by find at Jordanki and the Old Town Complex, at 1 Wały Generała Sikorskiego Street. The building process started in 2006, and in 2008 the first visitors had a chance to see the place. Since 2016, the director running this place has been Wacław Kuczma.

The first exhibitions concentrated on the local culture and their influence on the global reality. Apart from the art, the Centre also organizes series of festivals such as „Pole Widzenia” (Field of View) or the music festival CoCart.

The Ropes Park makes the whole family happy! As you probably know it, the thing is about moving from the start to the end on ropes, hanging high above amongst the trees. There are many obstacles, attractions, line bridges, queues, Tyrolean Traverse, spider’s webs, footbridges, beams and much more.

Of course, safety is the most important factor here – harness, safety belts, sliding block and a protective helmet are something we never dare to forget for you. Each ropes slide is preceded by safety instructions given by our trainers. In this way, you can have fun totally on your own even during your first visit here.

There are three routes available:

• Blue – mainly for children at least 120 cm high. Consists of 7 obstacles and one Tyrolean traverse.
• Pink – minimal height here is 140 cm. There are 14 obstacles, the longest Tyrolean Traverse in the Park. You will find here also the Tarzan Jump, beam and net traverse. The route hangs about 6 m higher than the Blue One.
• Green – the highest and the longest one. Destined for adults and older teenagers. Minimal height here is 160 cm. The route includes 17 obstacles – amongst others two Tyrolean Traverses and the famous “triangles”. The route hangs 8 m above the earth and demands a very good balance, concentration and great fitness.

The bird’s eye view shows the city best and cannot be compared with any other experience ever. It takes your breath away, sets you free… If you love adrenaline, why don’t you try our flights?

The instructors from the Moto-Lot DG will be happy to share their experience with you. The flights are of a teaching – training nature, and there is always theory before the flight. The coaching on Earth includes the safety rules and equipment service.

You can choose either an ultralight plane, landing not quicker than 65 km/h or a motorized hang-glider. Such a sightseeing is worth a try!

The shopping mall Atrium Copernicus lies in the Żółkiewski Street, in the very heart of the city. So, it’s perfectly accessible for the Guests of the Copernicus Toruń Hotel – just a few steps and you are there. Right from the beginning of its existence, it has been well-loved by the local inhabitants. Now it’s their favourite meeting spot and an oasis of fashion.

The centre has been opened since 2005. 10 years after the great opening, the shopping mall was rebuilt due to the large popularity it enjoyed. Now Atrium is nearly twice that big, being the largest shopping centre of Toruń. The total floor surface is 90 000 mkw., with more than 47 000 mkw. Of the lease surface. The Centre offers you 1 470 parking places in a multi-level car park. If you are using the public transport, however, you will reach the store equally easy – there are bus and tramway stops nearby.

The Atrium Copernicus consists of nearly 150 shops and service point such as: Auchan, Mediamarkt, iDream, Sinsay, Simple, Mohito, Pako Lorente, Apart, W. Kruk and many other.
